Freedom for the Hips
The hips serve as an essential gateway for prana and fluids to move between the torso and your legs. This Aerial Yin practice is an excellent way to free your hips in all directions; emphasizing lengthening the musculature and connective tissues surrounding the hips. You have the option to use the hammock as a prop or traditional yoga props.
