Aerial Vampire Pose is a pose expressed in a prone position in mid-air with the safety of an Aerial hammock. This pose involves strength and flexibility, and we will prepare the shoulders while learning the legs' engagement to create this fun and not-so-scary pose.
Aerial employs a suspended silk hammock as a prop to enhance both new and traditional, grounded yoga postures. With body weight supported by the hammock, this practice improves flexibility, joint health and strengthens muscles and bones by working with gravity.
