Her classes blend challenge, playfulness, and mindful exploration, helping students deepen their practice and explore new movement patterns. Continuously evolving her personal practice and teaching methods, she strives to create an engaging and transformative experience for her students. What began as a physical practice became a journey of emotional and mental healing, leading her to embrace self-awareness, meditation, and breathwork as tools for meaningful transformation that she shares with students.
