For Keith, yoga is a powerful tool to improve our overall well-being. His classes balance a focus on mindful presence with healthy alignment. He has studied from different teachers and lineages around the world, and his teaching has been influenced by a blend of styles including Hatha, Vinyasa, Forrest, Bikram and Yin. Expect his classes to be inviting for all levels, have meditative focus on breath, and an encouragement to meet yourself where you are.

He was certified by the Yandara yoga institute, and also trained to teach Hot Yoga, and is also a student of Vipassana meditation. Keith has led teacher trainings and certified over 200+ students from 35 different countries to teach yoga.
