Yin Yoga for Rounded Shoulders
This class focuses on the deep connective tissues to improve the range of motions of the shoulders. As you settle into each pose, try not to fidget while observing the sensations in the upper body in stillness. Being still once you are in the posture will let the muscles completely relax so the benefits can get into the connective tissues and joints.

This class will guide you through the three principles of yin yoga practice as you come into each pose as your own and breathe deeply to settle the body passively into the pose while finding stillness.
