Manouk, an IAYT-certified Yoga Therapist and E-RYT500 Yoga Teacher, incorporates safety, simplicity, and intuition as key principles in her teaching. Her classes are infused with playfulness, curiosity, passion, and reflection, reflecting her wealth of experience teaching yoga in multiple countries worldwide.
Manouk began her yoga journey in 2006 to manage stress and anxiety. In 2014, she was diagnosed with early heart failure, leading to debilitating health anxiety, chronic pain, and hypersensitivity. Despite these setbacks, she adapted her yoga practice and created an intuitive, compassionate way of living. Ten months after her surgeries, Manouk completed her first triathlon, discovering yoga as a way of life to overcome any challenge with resilience, compassion, and self-awareness.
