Trish Curling is a mom, yoga teacher, writer, and personal trainer based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.  Through her practice, Trish continues to find peace and resilience after the devastating loss of her older brother.   She's passionate and grateful to share the knowledge she's acquired and continues to acquire from her incredible teachers. 

Trish is committed to studying pranayama, alignment, anatomy & biomechanics, and the philosophy of yoga.  She primarily teaches both vinyasa and restorative practices with the intention of helping her students find strength, stability, and flexibility in their own bodies, on and off of the mat.
