With a warm smile and a love for teaching, Kirsten's goal is to challenge, inspire, and help her students let go of their fears. She is an internationally recognized Yoga Alliance E-RYT teacher, having completed over 1300 hours of training worldwide and a diploma in Yoga Management.

She promotes self-expression, self-introspection, and a reduction of reactivity and judgment among her students. Kirsten's move from London to Byron Bay led her to discover a newfound love for mindfulness through surfing, where she cherishes each moment in the water, despite considering herself a beginner.
