This class offers an opportunity to center your mind, using your breath as a guide to quiet the mental chatter and redirect your attention to the present moment. You'll cultivate a deep sense of calm through intentional movements and mindful breathing, reconnect with your inner self, and gain mental clarity.
Vinyasa is a dynamic system of practicing asana by linking breath to continuous movement in sequence often built around sun salutations. An attentive ear and some knowledge of basic yoga postures are recommended to keep pace with the flow.
Level 1-2 classes continue to build upon fundamentals and practical knowledge. Some new postures, and understandings about the shape and function of the pose, and Yoga ideologies will be introduced to enhance your foundation understanding.
