Get ready to master your handstand with Jessica, our Practyce teacher and devoted handstand enthusiast. She'll personally guide you through a transformative experience, offering inspirational insights and unwavering motivation to fuel your handstand journey. 

Over the course of 28 days, you will transition through distinct phases: Days 1-7 emphasize upper body mechanics, followed by lower body mechanics on Days 8-14. Days 15-21 center on nurturing the hollow body and core, culminating in Days 22-28 with a focus on balance and play.
