A 20-minute vinyasa flow style practice with minimal cueing and plenty of time and pausing between postures to enjoy moving and breathing with a focus on using the foundational pose of Warrior II. You will move steadily, return to Warrior II to open the side body, and improve balance with stamina.

Level 1-2 classes continue to build upon fundamentals and practical knowledge. Some new postures, and understandings about the shape and function of the pose, and Yoga ideologies will be introduced to enhance your foundation understanding.
