This flow has overarching dance feel to it. Beginning with a spinal warmup, you will work your way into a longer flow that moves around the mat in mandala flow. Take it at your own pace and notice how you can connect more deeply as the practice evolves.
Vinyasa is a dynamic system of practicing asana by linking breath to continuous movement in sequence often built around sun salutations. An attentive ear and some knowledge of basic yoga postures are recommended to keep pace with the flow.
Level 2 classes continue building on your working knowledge and physical fundamentals with challenging sequences and flows that evolve your practice into moving meditation. In this level, classes may introduce advanced posturing and philosophy concepts to expand your internal experience.
