In Day 27 of the Fortify & Flourish Fall Series, say goodbye to boring core-work when you can use resistance bands and yoga poses! You'll need resistance band for your legs to press against so that might be a medium, heavy, x-heavy or doubling up your bands and a block. You'll practice supine and side lying arm balances like crane, one legged crane, flying splits and navasana. This is a fun one.
