A beginner-friendly sequence to help get the body moving with simple postures. With beginner-friendly yoga poses and variations, you can focus on the breath. As you hold the postures or transition between poses, focus on the conscious breath to lengthen the spine, syncing the breath with movement to de-stress and stretch.
Vinyasa is a dynamic system of practicing asana by linking breath to continuous movement in sequence often built around sun salutations. An attentive ear and some knowledge of basic yoga postures are recommended to keep pace with the flow.
Level 1-2 classes continue to build upon fundamentals and practical knowledge. Some new postures, and understandings about the shape and function of the pose, and Yoga ideologies will be introduced to enhance your foundation understanding.
