Silky Joints: Short Class
With "Silk Reeling" practice, we use gentle spiraling and circular motions to lubricate and strengthen the joints and connective tissues, relieve pain and stiffness, and improve coordination and cohesion throughout the body. Practice concludes with nervous system rejuvenating Qigong flows and meditation.
