Emily, a passionate yoga instructor from Canada, began her journey with yoga during her time as a dancer, introduced to the practice by her ballet teacher. While she didn't start practicing regularly until university, Emily's commitment to yoga has grown over the years. She completed both her 200- and 300-hour teacher training in India, specializing in Ashtanga Vinyasa and Advanced Vinyasa Flow.

With a strong emphasis on Vinyasa flow sequences and a blend of styles, Emily teaches yoga through international retreats and training. Her goal is to provide students with the tools to develop their own personal practice, sharing a sense of peace and well-being with everyone she encounters. Yoga holds a special place in Emily's heart, and she eagerly welcomes students onto the mat to share her passion for artistic expression and wellness.
